The Exciting Life of a Sports Photographer in Amarillo

Being an Amarillo's Photos sports photographer is super exciting and a huge honor. When I'm out on the football field with my camera, it feels like I'm part of the game. The players are right there, so big and fast, and I get to catch all the exhilarating moments as they happen. It's also a bit scary at times, especially when I'm so close to the action!

But it's not always easy. Sometimes, the weather in Amarillo can be tough, with super bright sun or sudden changes. I have to be smart about when and where to position myself for each shot.

Up in the stands, it's a whole different world. I can see the whole field and get shots of the crowd getting pumped up. From up there, I can document the whole game, fans included.
